Finish anthology submission

Work on It's All A Lie (I'm about 500 words in with the off and on that I've been working on it)

Do some plotting on this M/F plot idea I have.

Dunno if I'll manage to finish anything, but it's worth a shot.

Also, I'd kill to be able to see as much SasuNeji as SasuNaruSasu everyday. I think at this point I can honestly say I don't really care for the pairing. I used to be indifferent to it, now I just want to go a DAY without seeing it one way or another. Just one day.

I used to like SasuGaa/NejiGaa but I've kind of fallen out of those pairings too. Mostly because I hate the way Gaara is depicted in fanfiction. An emo suicidal cutter with no real personality beyond that. I've...fallen out of a lot of yaoi Naruto pairings, honestly. I can only imagine Neji with either Itachi or Sasuke (preferably Sauce) and Sasuke I can really only imagine with Neji. Not that I'm not fans of the other pairings, just that my love for them has waned. Woe.

But I'm also probably one of the only people on the net that solidly believes SasuHina can become canon.

Hmm, I try not to let fanfiction affect my opinions of pairings and stuff...but it doesn't work anyway, so I see where you're coming from. It's hard sometimes to find fics where Gaara isn't typically portrayed like that.

I haven't read SasuHina much, so I can't really say what I feel about it, but I think rarer/not as popular pairings are, in my opinion, easier to like, mostly because there are less fics/art about them, there's less of a chance of repetition, and there's less of a chance that something will happen to make you hate them.
That's just my two cent's :)

Well, writing SasuNeji was what got me into the pairing, so fanfiction definitely tends to affect my feelings on a pairing, I've come to like many pairings because of fanfiction.

I don't tend to dislike a pairing due to fanfiction, however, unless it began that way. For example, I kind of got out of GaaHina, but not because of fanfiction, simply because pairings like SasuHina and NejiHina make more sense to me than GaaHina.

In fact, I think Gaara's very personality in the manga is what's making me feel less and less inclined towards pairings with him in general. Although his personality has changed drastically in Shippuden...he just feels so...bland to me.

So it definitely varies as to why I kind of slip away from a ship. ShikaTema was one I shipped hard core, but now I'm more indifferent towards it, a lot of that having to do with little to no Temari screen time in Shippuden. Shikamaru also no longer is one of my favorite characters, whereas before he was my absolute most favorite. Dunno why, but I haven't been terribly fond of him since Shippuden.

Crack pairings thrive off of fanfiction and fanart, so it's a little difficult for you NOT to be swayed by it.

I know how you feel. I have actually never liked SasuGaa, but that's because people can't seem to write that pairing without metaphorically castrating one or both of them (I do still like NejiGaa though XD)

Also, there's not nearly enough SasuNeji fanart in the world. Even though I don' like NaruSasuNaru, that category has some amazing artists.

I've pretty much given up on anything that isn't yaoi, though -.- (at least in the Naruto category)

I usually skip the yaoi (and yuri for that matter) - just not my cuppa, that's all. Not that I support a bunch of het pairings either because SasuHina is all you can find in my lot ;P

Your last statement made me smile :) I feel most of the fandom has gone. But knowing there is at least another one for SasuHina makes me just want to carry on with the craze I do, haha!
